So does that mean that paint job DLC are already integrated in the game and I just need to buy them to activate them? That's so lame -.- DLC taking up space that I haven't even bought them

Judging from the assets present on the pictures (streetlights, buildings, traffic lights, road textures, flora), I think you are all wrong: all of these pictures are taken in Germany. The second pic clearly shows the Messeturm in Frankfurt:

Upss my mistake , the 4 pic with the bridge is taken in Koln

That's what I thought... The pictures were taken in Germany.
