The speed limits in Michalovce (the newest city added to Slovakia) are wrong. At least on those two streets:
(sec+0010+0002);42213.4;80.7114;10290.8;-0.876631;-0.174932
(sec+0010+0002);42533.4;77.7266;10171.6;-1.98161;-0.157711
speed limits are 90 kph instead of 50 kph. I haven't checked the other roads in the city but I can only presume they suffer from the very same bug.
