English city names for Russian road signs?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a language mod that changed the Russian road signage city names from Russian to English? I know there are English city name mods that change the map names into English, but I was wondering if there was one that did the same for road signs on for example Rusmap.

There is an option for translations in the UI setttings ( this is for the world map only )

Road signs cannot be translated
