i tried uninstalling all mods still it crashed, no idea i did everything what i could. def and all versions should be compatible

You seem to have DLC Scandinavia, but apparently you're using ProMods 1.91 and ETS2 1.18. You should use ProMods 1.98 and ETS2 1.21 in order for the game to work.
