Yes, it shouldn't be there in this Hotfix, that's why it's missing overlay and signs and it crashes in this area. You should avoid it or go back to Hotfix 2 ;)

It'll be fixed in 2.03. And 2.03 will be released some time after official 1.24 game version release.

Does any know if the bug was fixed in 2.03? Because I installed 2.03 and before I drive in Latvia I want to make sure it's not going crash.

There is no guarantee the game will not crash (for many reasons). The best advice is to try it yourself and see. If you don't want to risk it on your current profile, you can create a new profile just for testing ProMods.

However I can confirm that the missing texture map overlays have been removed from ProMods 2.03, so the game should not crash for that reason in that location.

Thanks for the information. I'll create a new profile for testing ProMods and other mods. But do you know if the issues with Latvia and Hotfix 3 and the whole thing about avoiding Latvia in 2.02 were also fixed. Thanks.
