Hi, SCS is planning an expansion towards Scandinavian countries. Will this DLC interfere with your mod?
Are there any plans for irleand?
Greetings.

When the DLC is released there will be a Promods release which integrates it.
Developement of Ireland is on hold.

Just wondering, PH-AMG (and if others working on Norway)
Just downloaded and tried promods.
Driving from Bergen to Stavanger I noticed two wierd thigs with the road markings, dunno if on purpose or not, but:
1: The Yellow stripes are too close to eachother in the 80-zones (It fits the 50-zones tho, different spacing IRL on those )
2: Some places there is only a single, continous yellow stripe in the middle of the road, if you mane this as a no-pass sone they should be doubble (paralell)
Keep up the good work
EDIT: Straight after the 2nd ferry though, there was two parallel stripes.

There are a bunch of issues with the markings in Norway, simply because they're so complex. I don't see them being fixed until after the release of the Scandinavian DLC.
Curry?! My manual doesn't have any data on curry... What's the meaning of this...?!

What do you want, Quantity or Quality?lurven wrote:True, will be ALOT of work to fix something that isn't exactly gamebreaking. I'd rather have them expand northwards than fix the roadmarkings

Thanks for fantastic work on maping Norway!
You should include the 160 km long road E39 and FV714 from Trondheim to Hitra and Froya.
Over 50 % of all export from this region is coming from the islands Hitra and Froya. The road 714 is currently undergoing a makeover but it's famous amongst truckdrivers for it's narrow road, sharp turns and steep climbs. In wintertime the road is more closed than open because of trucks stuck.
The road include 2 underwater tunnels, from mainland to Hitra and from Hitra to Frøya. Both have speed cameras.
Mainly twolane with few overtaking possibilities.
Mainly export is fresh and frozen seafood (salmon, whitefish, shellfish, crab). Vlantana, Girteka, Bring, Postnord and Schenker is the most common transport companies.
