Are you going then to the North ?
Are then coming cities like Rovaniemi ?

Objective is to go until Arctic Circle (Napapiiri in finnish). So, Rovaniemi will be included, but not in first version. This one should include Lahti, Hameenlinna, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Mikkeli, maybe Kuopio.

I live near Tampere and can't wait to drive down the 3-road from Helsinki to Tampere and other cities.

Maybe Vaasa in some time also will included with ferry to Umea (SE) (I don't know, how about Umea), because, as I know Trondheim also will planned to build, so the way from Trondheim to Finland would be much shorter, like:
Trondheim (N) ----E14----> Ostersund (S) ---E14---> Sundsvall (S)---E4---> Umea (S) ---[ferry]---> Vaasa (FIN)
or
Trondheim (N) ---E14---> Ostersund (S) ---rv87 / rv335 / E4 ---> Umea (S) ---[ferry]---> Vaasa (FIN)
