One or more file required ... already download

So I was about to join TruckersMP. And I saw this error message came up and ....... I was confused. So I was thinking myself "Okay, maybe one file may be corrupted or something" so I am able to redownload from ProMods, redownload again, putting the file into mod folder and the message came the same message.
