[#35457] [2.62] AI won't move when the light is green

Truck AI that are on the roundabout (at the point marked in the image above) that want to continue around the roundabout seem to only move forward about a metre when their light is green, they will then wait until their light has gone red and the off ramp's light has gone green before they will move further

It doesn't seem to happen 100% of the time but I noticed it a few times while writing out this bug report

I watched the traffic in that point and everything looks fine to me.

I am unable to reproduce this AI traffic behaviour and it looks fine to me too.
So this looks like not a bug.

Could someone please look into the Plymouth roundabout, it got reported 2 years ago and marked as not a bug yet it is still happening for me.
Just watch the traffic build up because they won't go through a green light because the next light is red.

This was reported previously and was described as not as bug but it clearly is.
The cars will not move through the green light because the next one is red. They will wait for it to turn red and only then move because the next light is green. They turn left ok but will not join the roundabout as there is no space.

I see these kind of traffic lights at roundabouts more often, for instance in The Netherlands in Arnhem and Eindhoven.
As if there's not enough space for AI trucks at the second traffic light, so they wait at the first traffic light.
