This had not fixed the issue sadly. I have redownloaded the Def File and it still crashes.

The game tried loading and I get the Promods loading screen and then crashes.

I tried re downloading files and have disabled all non-ProMods mods. Also I enabled all SCS map-expansion DLCs

When I open the map all the cities and towns are at the wrong place. Some are even in the water. For example London is in The Netherlands
