No, he thought that it is just small part of latvian speed camera map but those are all latvian speed cameras. They all are located near Riga.

I think that the most realistic way would be to add toll booths and add lot of AI traffic so there would be long queues like on real boarders.

It would be more interesting to make city of Valka/Valga. Half of the city is in Estonia, other half in Latvia.
