I would take a City in a Baltic country. Iceland is also interesting. But don't take Barcelona, you can play there only (even with Gaming PC) at 20-35 fps.

Because the last maps (2.0, 2.1) came in intervals of a half year and now it's almost one year since the last big map was released.
