I Already changed the length of the job to the lowest possible and it still is 6 hours long

There is a pretty low chance that it would work on 1.44, when 1.43 was released the 1.42 version had serious problems and it didn't work so no i don't believe it would work on 1.44
So i would wait until 1.44 version of rusmap will be released
