Re: Will Norway include these things?

Edge markings like these are used on all roads maintained by county or state that are less than 6,5m wide. Above that you'll see the yellow center line and solid white edge. That sign is pretty unique though. It is probably placed there due to the cargo ferry terminal in Langesund. The road has a ma...

Re: Development on version 2.x (Assets & General Improvements)

Funny where brands end up. RIMI was founded in Norway in 1977. Sold to ICA AB in 2004 and ICA AB sold all its shares of ICA in Norway to COOP in 2014.

I actually didn't know that the RIMI brand still existed anywhere.

Re: Cherbourg - St. Helier ferry

Listed at 90 minutes for 84km by default. I guess its not to bad considering the HSC Normandie Express normally cruise at 30-35kt. The distance however would be 105km. So more real numbers would probably be like 140 minutes and 105km. That would give an average of 25kt which is pretty fast. Have to ...

Cherbourg - St. Helier ferry

How was this ferry calculated? With current data the ferry would have to travel at well over 30kt to make the journey :) Ignoring the fact there is no ferry from Cherbourg to St. Helier the distance would be around 100km or so. The Barfleur that run between Cherbourg and Poole normally run at 17-18k...

Re: Development on version 2.x (Southern Scandinavia)

I've wished for this ever since the Scandinavia DLC came out.

Was rather disappointed with SCS when I saw these small two lane manual booths. It's like they did no research on it.

Funny thing is they modeled the toll gantries in the south tunnel at the Hardanger bridge in great detail.

Re: [2.17] Southern French cities speed limits

So far I think most of them have strange speed limits.
Did a recent trip through Toulouse, Pau and Bayonne.

Re: Narrow ramps and sharp turns

If doing down to 20 is to fast and realistic then I don't know... Had places where my front left bumper is over the white line and the right side of trailer is scraping the guard rail. Tbh I think in the pursuit of complex roads you go to far and build to many sharp and narrow ramp turns. Afaik shar...

Narrow ramps and sharp turns

Please consider keyboard players when making the map.
Some ramps are very narrow with guard rails on both sides and some turns are so sharp they are barely possible to drive without going outside of the road.
