trailers and companies pack load order in mod manager. What is it?

Just crashed b/c I moved the promod def file in proper position w/ rusmap and poland rebuild, or how it was suggested to be. Not sure of the spelling, but the A4 highway heading south delivering to Modena Italy, the toll green marker to pay is too close to the tollgates to be able to pay.

Is there a fix for this? I have looked but cannot see any on the brd.
