Hello.
I solved it by a whole new install of my computer (reinstalled Windows). Then i installed ETS2 again, put the ProMods v2.15 and RusMap mods in th mod folder.
I drove two freights now without any problems. Anyway i want to thank all the people that try to help me.

I did reinstall the game and tried to play it with only ProMods but it still keeps crashing.
So i will play without ProMods. Sadly, because it is a great Mod.
