Just out of curiosity, what's the problem with that caravan? I mean it is kinda frequent to see caravans around, I didn't feel like there were too many.

Hello there, I'm new to the game and the mods. I seem to understand there is no Italy expansion mod yet and nobody is working on it, is that right? Or am I missing something?
I have the Italia DLC but it would be nice to have more cities and streets. Thanks!
