Not sure where should I ask, but is there a list or map somewhere I can see what cities (Finland) are already released and playable in ProMods?

So there is no (example) Renault in Finland, means I can't get Renault (or Sisu this time) with Finnish plates, right?

E: Or is it my garage location what chooses the plates country?
