Re: Question about Prefabs
Hey Nico,
I want to replace the GOB gas station price signs, with ones from the original ETS2 1.26 gas stations that were in Germany. The ones that have GOB in them in the images above, and replace them with price signs from Euron, Globe Gas and or Petro...
Thanks Mate,
Ax

Question about Prefabs
Greetings ProModians, I know this forum is about the game editor which sadly I know nothing about, and I have a question about Prefabs and I don't know exactly where to put it. If there is a better place for it, if someone would be so kind as to move it there I would appreciate it. Thank you... So m...

Re: Drawing Distance
I don't get it. I found this: # Currently we use only first lod class for trees. leaves_lod_start: (240.0, 910.0, 50.0) leaves_lod_end: (300.0, 960.0, 100.0) And that's it. But what I am after is a way to make things in the mirrors stop flashing on and off, and the mountains in the distance stop doi...

Re: Drawing Distance
For some odd reason, I can't find any of it. Using the Find in Files function of UltraEdit, I searched for $_POST["lod", $lod_start = and $lod_start = and nothing was found in the folder for the standard def file. You are talking about the standard def file for ProMods 2.01, right?

Re: Drawing Distance
Ok, so the def files from 2.03 won't work for 2.01. That answers one of my two questions. Thank you for that.
What about the others?
What is the difference (code wise) between the def files made as Standard, High and Ultra?
Can I edit the files I have to increase the drawing distance?

Drawing Distance
Can anyone enlighten me on the subject of Drawing Distance? I noticed when I download ProMods files that when you create the def files that there are three options for this. I am using Standard. I would like to increase the drawing distance if it isn't too late. Will it kill the game I make a new de...

Re: mod manager
This is what I do with the files in the sample_mod.zip file each time I make a mod: Step 1: Take a copy of the three files, and place them in the root folder of your mod. Step 2: Edit the sample_mod.jpg image to whatever you want it to be. I use resized screenshots for that. Step 3: Edit the mod_des...

Re: mod manger issues
Like I always say about doing something that is actually simple, but looks complicated... All you have to do is read the manual, which in this case is the Mod Manager Documentation. I think I spent a total of about 5 minutes reading it and I understood how the Mod Manager works.
