Hi guys - Noticed a blocked road at the docks (where the Dutch, Scottish and English flags are located)l in Ullapool, Scotland, which was added in 2.25 and would prevent achieving 100% completion.
Checked on this site and doesn't look anyone reported this yet.

Yes but this time, you can't force it to keep going. When I click "Continue" it keeps asking me to load a saved game and then reverting back to the "MISSING DEPENDENCIES" screen... Does it do that for anybody else?
