Every time I edit europe with or without ProMods in 1.21 it always crashes to desktop. Is there any way to solve it?

Also in Latvia Jelgava should be considered (however being so close to Riga, it might not fit). Putting Jelgava in ETS2 will very problematic. The distance between Jelgava and Rīga - only 40 (!) km.
