my problem is promods-def-st-v251.scs and said it is not compatible with the 6 others when i am on ets2 mod

When i download this file and i open it it says to me is corrupted, i tryed open it with 7zip, winrar and it still not works, all other files work but 001 file don't work, i downloaded it 5 times and it says to me is corrupted.
