Will there be more boarder crossings and roads in Bosnia and is it possible that the city Zenica get more roads?

I have a question for Pro Mods 2.60 Convoy mod. I can not play with a friend I have install all Mods, the Convoy Def from the workshop instead the Def Pro Mods but I can't find the Friends convoy.
