I have just encountered this bug as well in 1.71. I think I also hit an invisible car because suddenly my truck changed direction and I hit the middle barrier. When I looked behind, I saw all these cars stopping.

I encountered this as well. I guess the mod (which has the "vanilla" map) overwrites the DLC?
