Without SRMap_Rebuilding the problems remains. The blank signs appear only in Italy driving from France, starting a few kilometers after the border to Italy... Nevertheless I thank you for your help. One day the solution will arise from nowhere!!

With a combination of TSM 6.6.2, Rusmap 1.8, North Map 1.4 and SR Map 6.5.2 (including Fix-TSM-662_SR-652_1.30) the highway signs in Italy are only green, without any inscription.
