ProMods is niet te bekennen in deze log, en ik zie dat je de multiplayer mode draait, die sowieso niet werkt met map mods. Misschien is dat het probleem.

OK, to put an end on this entire discussion whether we should rebuild stuff in the Baltics, I have only two words to say:

And don't ask about future plans, because there are no concrete plans we have for the area, and we probably won't have any for quite a long time.

Seriously, your method makes it way, way harder than it needs to be. If you set up your own "mod-base" folder in the ETS2 installation directory and use a symbolic link, it will auto-generate unique names. No need to change them afterwards and you can use the templates straight way. I'm do...

What does the log say? It may try to write into your SCS-packed mod, which is locked and read-only when the game is running. This may be the root cause of your problem. Unpack the mod into a directory, and avoid this "locking".

Very simple: copy "/def/countries.sii" and clean up everything between "{" and "}". This clears the default country DEF file and thus, it will not load a single country.
