I had the same issue, couple of days ago. Was on a long trip from Helsingborg -> Iraq, made it to Thessaloniki without any problems. But as soon as you get off the boat in Israel game crashes. Same as above, removed all mods, and tried again, but no luck. No idea how to post a bugreport btw ... than...
