helllo is there a single file "rusmap and promods connection" because i downloaded rusmap before long time ago and deleted all rar files now downloaded promods but i want to connnect these 2 mods

i can get scandinavia but then have no money left for viva la france

E: unless i could refund some games over 2 hours but i cant

can i play withour france dlc

eurotrucksimulator.com only version 1.23.1.1 is available

last 6 mods dosent show up in game and .def dosent work
i have 1.23 version i think

i tried uninstalling all mods still it crashed, no idea i did everything what i could. def and all versions should be compatible
