Look at it another way - IRL would the relevant authority locate a sign so that you have no visibility of a roundabout unless you drive a cab over and creep up to a specific point and stop? Of ...

You just need to pull forward a touch more until you have a view of on coming AI Cars. It's impossible to see the traffic in the roundabout without pulling into the roundabout with a cab-over (worse in anything like a Scania T). It's impossible to use this roundabout safely, let alone realistically.
