I was looking at compat.php. I have made a tiny contribution years ago but all emails I have lead to current versions. Is there somewhere else I should look?

Well, I just like the way the map is and want to explore that first.

Solution is obvious to anyone who cares to think about it:
1) hire new people if ATS was very successful
2) dismantle the France DLC team and redirect resources if ATS was moderately successful
3) dismantle the ATS team and redirect resources if ATS was a flop
