I saw that there are many maps on western Russia but I couldn't find anything on eastern Russia.
I would be interested for example in cities like Vladivostok. However even if there is no such city I would be interested in maps of Eastern Russia.

I finally solved it by following the order suggested a few posts earlier and then installing this mod:
ProMods 2.60 / RusMap 2.4.3.1 Road Connection [1.43].
