the only thing that I want out of this mod is UI change (as it was the only thing why I use this mod anyway)

you don't need to extract base.scs at all just create base\map direcotry in ETS 2 game location (not bin main folder) and then rename mods folder to modž (or something else so editor will not load it) and tape edit europe when you start game
