How can you even play with 20fps? Well, you get used. PNG will not load slower than JPG. Well, not user noticable. We're talking about a little bit of extra filesize and a couple of miliseconds your browser needs to load them. While browing this forum I frequently notice pages take 10-30 seconds to load, all because people use a slow image hoster. See the last few pages in the progress in Iceland topic for example. Their site states that players who crash into others will be banned from the servers, and only the crashig vehicle will take damage. So that's good.
