Re: Development on version 2.x (Balkan Area)

The latest SCS blog showed off a sign pointing to Montana. So, that's 3/4 Promods cities confirmed for RttBS.

Re: Development on version 2.x (Balkan Area)

I can see a lot of the Promods Bulgarian signs being brought back, since they have the realistic ones with the kilometres written on them, while SCS don't use them (we do have versions of the signs without the kilometres inside cities themselves tho). I can also see Promods adding a ton more of thes...

Re: Development on version 2.x (Balkan Area)

For those not keeping track with SCS blogs, two ProMods cities have been confirmed for RttBS DLC: Pleven and Ruse. Both cities have been shown off with areas that aren't represented in Promods. so merger should be possible (in theory). The fate of Montana and Vidin remains unknown.

Re: (IDEA) Promods map

Re: SCS Blog

One of the things that always annoyed me about ProMods Ruse is how the Danube bridge was designed. It was basically a generic bridge you'd find in every small village. The SCS one is much closer to the epic construction it is in real life. Not as long as the real thing, but still a massive improveme...

Re: Development on version 2.x (Balkan Area)

Relatively new. There's also a lot more infrastructure projects happening in Bulgaria happening now. The biggest example I can think of is that new Varna highway, in the middle of the city. As of now, it is complete, but in Street View it's nowhere near completion: https://www.google.com/maps/@43.21...

Re: Development on version 2.x (Balkan Area)

There is 1 thing that can work to Montana's advantage: one of the screenshots from the first teaser seemed to be of the Petrohan pass. If they continue North from there, the road leads straight into the outskirts of Montana and continues towards Vidin. In that regard, it is possible that it could be...

Re: Development on version 2.x (Balkan Area)

Of the 4 Bulgarian cities in ProMods, Montana has the least chance of inclusion. Will probably have to decide whether it will be merged or lost forever.

Re: What do you think about DLC 'Road to the Black Sea?'

Shiva, I hope you are right. At the very minimum, it should be a scenic town since so much of the main roads pass through it. It's actually one of top 3 largest Bulgarian cities in terms of territory (by population its number 5). Bucharest also shouldn't be a concern since the Danube alone makes a h...
