Re: Development on version 1.x (British Columbia Edition)

It is generally more difficult entering the US than entering Canada. I never had Vulchor’s experience though. Just takes longer and they may check under your car with mirrors and ask you to open the trunk. They can’t treat every car like they did Vulchor’s and must have had some reason to do that. P...

Re: [REL] Southern Region Map 7.9.0 [1.35.x] [UPD 2019-07-14]

The ferry connection used to be listed on the first page of this topic. I would imagine that since Promods, SR Map, and ETS2 have all been updated recently, that the ferry file needs to be rewritten. I’m sure someone is working on this and will post it when it’s ready.

Re: 2 errors: screen freeze and dxgi invalid call

That's correct, EdgeGladiator. There was nothing written in the game log when the screen freezes. The game recovers if I ctrl-alt-del, but again, nothing is written in the game log. Also the screen freezes, but I can escape to the main menu. In addition, if I just leave the frozen screen up, the gam...

2 errors: screen freeze and dxgi invalid call

I was wondering if anyone has any insight into the following two issues I am having. The first is a recurring error in the game log which does not seem to affect game play. I am repeatedly getting <ERROR> [dxgi] present failed (0x887a0001) appearing in the game log, to the point that my game log exc...

Re: alarm security sysytem

I know someone whose alarm system prevented a robbery of their house several years ago. One bit of advice, if you have motion detectors, make sure any pets you have don't set the alarm off. Modern alarms systems are usually good with this, but it's good to check.

Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

Really enjoying the new ProMods update. Just drove through the town of Hawes. Incredible! Loved the small roads, and all the unique models. Great work! I'm sure I'll be just as happy with the other new areas across the ProMods map, just taking my time exploring them. Don't want to see everything the...

Re: Development on version 2.x (Poland Edition)

It may just be my perception, but it seems to me that Poland still has a greater number of companies per town and hence jobs going to/from Poland than seems reasonable given it's size and population. I believe this was one of the issues between ProMods and Poland Rebuilding. I was wondering if there...

Re: [REL] RusMap 1.8.1 [1.31.x]

Hi Lucretius,

I just type the English name in the goto command and it works fine. If that ever doesn't work or you don't know the English name, then I would translate the cyrillic characters to Latin characters and enter that.
