It seems that the download currently isn't working

You can still download files, despite it looking like the servers are down

This was an issue with the Trailer & Company pack, it should be fixed now if you download it again

Go to your steam library -> right click on ets2 -> properties -> betas -> change 'none' to 'temporary_1_30'

2.27 is a compatibility update and thus will include no new content.
