@DaDex: Tyrol and Salzburg are Part of AtRP (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10525), not ARP (ARP is focussed on Germany).
For Tyrol and Salzburg you have to ask there.

I can confirm what Zniwek said (so I gained the WoT deliveries for the "Dragon" DLC).

I was mostly driving to Austria, Slovakia, France or Hungary because on other countries the WoT did not work (for example on most of the german cities).
