The current ferry connection to southern region is from smardan and Braila, and is not realistic as ferry connection (it’s a river crossing). I have the same issue. After installing 2.45 and middle east I got long loading every time I start the game. I have Rusmap, SR and great steppe. i7 8700 16Gb ram and gtx 1070. I never had this issue before the new version of PM.

It is compatible but there are some critical bugs with game crush when you driving around SR. I got crush when I was driving from Krasnodar to Anapa (and I have the latest ferry mod).
