yes...sii files for each city are in place.

The ferries are functional, no problem. I just cannot get jobs to appear at the island terminals/depots.

My newest map has 2 islands with terminals. They are connected to the mainland via ferries.
I cannot get the jobs to show up in the job market.
Any suggestions on how to have a functioning terminal?
