Me too i have a intel i5 4460 3.2gh and a gtx 960 4 gb and i am geting big frame drops inside citys i get from 60 fps to 20 in metropolitan areas one time i was down to 15 fps in barcelona is there anything i can do?

i got it working finally thank you so much also i notised a 15 frame drop while playing. is than normal ? i used to stay over 60 fps and now i am around 45

i have done the whole process again and still my game crashes

i have downloaded all 7 files and the def one and they are all in my mod folder but the game keeps craching please help me

what should i do ? should i remove the def file from the mod folder?
