For some games like Apex legends, CS:GO or Fortnite, I get 50-65 ms to European servers.
If I play in NA east servers, I get 110~ms

It means that on the map, you will see mostly the SCS version.
The only change is areas where RusMap connects.

If you use ProMods, then I highly suggest you do.

Sergey's version, while good, is not adapted to promods. you can run it but you have vanilla border crossing at the polish border, and northern russia is not connected to ProMods.
This one is connected to ProMods correctly.

It's simple - all you need is to download the 1 file and extract it in the mod folder. Couldn't be easier.

It is the same order. Except the last entry in the log is the one on top of the load order.
