Could someone of you post your load order? I tried it with the prefabs from Niedersachsen map, but the game crashes while loading.

Thanks @Mr Larrington. I will give it a try, also with Italy 2.0 and the connection for ProMods. (No Crash until now, but I drove only through Scandinavia, Poland, North Germany and the Baltit States)

Does anybody knows if Open Spaces is compatible mit 1.28, Promod 2.18 and RusMap 1.7.4? And wich load order i need so that it works properly?

I solved the problem with the economy. I put the EAA data under Southern Region in the mod manager. Now i get jobs with fine wages.

What economy file? Where can I find it?

I have tried EAA Map 4.3 with this fix, ProMods 2.16, Project Balkans, RusMap and Southern Regions. Works fine but the wages for all jobs are much lower. It's not a big problem because I play the ETS2 relaxation and not as a serious economy sim. And if I urgent need a lot of money I could deactivate...
