Same issue, also crashing to Desktop. Happened in Estonia, heading towards Valka or Pskov (also tried with RusMap).

This did start with the hotfix3, as I recall driving on that road fine before it.

Unfortunately I did not take any screenshots, but I will do, should it appear again.

On the map in job market, it just shows the starting point flag and destination flag, no red route inbetween.

I managed to find another route, that had same error, however I didn't get to the company in time to get the trailer (which would likely have crashed game). I tried to take cargo from Tallinn to Antwerpen. Drove to the company in Tallinn, game crashed once I pressed Take Job. I do not use any other map mods.
