need in pack taxi cars those are missing in pack so far

Can add Kohtla-Järve city too. Have nice if adding more realistlic companis in game and map. Anyway Estonia is great good work done so far, I reconise Kukruse and Kohtla-Järve to Jõhvi autobahn and some detaile very good wor, thanks for team, keep up working map even and even better.
