I play Promods 2.10 together with RusMap & Balkan expansion and a lot of city names of the ProMods part of the map are missing. If a try to move my driver to Antwerp my game blocks.

Solved it, i deleted the climate folder completely and the climate.promod sii file in the promods def. Now i can use piva weather mod where you can put the day and nightcycle by numbered days in the sii file.
