Make sure that your saves are on disk, not in cloud like onedrive.

Mod "Réalisme V8" isn't PM compatible, remove it and I suggest you use this loading order:

Daf E6 and MAn E6 mods aren't 1.36 compatible (sell all affected trucks BEFORE removing mods), also you had previously other map mod with bought garages, then you removed that mod before you sold those garages?

You need to buy together: motherboard+memory+CPU+PSU, separately SDD/HDD, GPU, misc. stuff
But show us your full game log first (use pastebin.com) so we can see if some mods are old or incompatible

I'm guessing that you have removed truck mod(s) before selling all affected trucks, put mod(s) back, sell trucks then remove mods again.
