Indeed it's 2015. Couldn't tell that when I first saw it on my mobile. Still, as Pengiunaz said, couldn't find those potholes you are talking about. The only road in worse condition was that one Olt Valley Pass road segment. But I drove on concrete roads in western Europe too.

The roads represented in game are good quality IRL. There is a segment near the Moldovan border which isn't in such a good condition. The video you are sharing is old and unrelevant because it mostly shows local roads.

The European part of Turkey is the "long-long" term plan.. But it's just the direction of mapping for me now. No concrete plans whatsoever. But hopefully, one day we'll get there.
