Interesting, I too have all 3 extra DLC and have hit the limit around the 170-ish mark (I can't remember the exact number off the top of my head and don't have access to the game at the moment).

Hi, Apparently SCS only allowed around 170-ish drivers in the original base game, has this limit been increased in the modded version? I seem to have hit a limit as I've just discovered 3 agencies and have no new drivers to hire, it's kinda taken the wind out of my sails though as if I can't expand ...

I think there may be a solution however it would take so much work to do that it's really not worth it... As AI traffic speed will be regulated by the road speed limits, say a 70 MPH road drops to 50 MPH then the AI traffic will be doing 70 and suddenly brake hard to 50 perhaps adding stepped speed ...
