Will poland rebuilding ever become mandatory for promods to work (like scandinavia dlc) in the future?

This looks awesome! I would say that angouleme and grenoble are the non essential cities and I think troyes and La Rochelle are essential. Nice work though

Any plans for the European part of Turkey to be included in the future? Istanbul is the largest city in Europe and I think it would be neat if we could drive to it.

For the planned cities in Sicily (Italy), why aren't the major cities Palermo and Catania included? How come only smaller towns? Just curious thanks.
