You’ll need to make some new semaphore models specific for your country and then probably configure them in a semaphore profile. Unless you’re already experienced with Blender and modding in general, I’d suggest you fiddle around with modding, as this is hard to grasp as a beginner

That's probaby because your map file will be saved in /common/Euro Truck Simulator 2/base_map/map/[yourmapname]. You need to create a folder called base_map in your game directory, as this is a new change since 1.38
